Network electronic locker
System structure and composition: The system is comprised of four
parts: the server, the controlling terminal, the next-machine
controller and the unit box. Plans are as follows:
Basic characteristics:
The host computer (specially authorized and equipped with the
dedicated software) issues the inductive IC card to users by
issuing-card machine, and distributes a box to the user, the users
can open the door freely until they give back the card or the card
has been cancelled by the manager. And it can adopt various forms
such as free of charge, charging by time, a lump sum or charging by
the sub-regional mixed mode. The host computer inspects the states
of all the boxes and the unit lockers, and records them
automatically for future reference. The host computer can carry out
statistics of the situations such as drawing back the cards,
exchanging the cards and depositing, can also query and print
report forms.
High security:
It adopts the inductive IC card with the strong abilities of
anti-electromagnetic interference, waterproof and anti-corrosion,
and the card can’t be duplicated. The relationship between an IC
card and a single box can be unfixed, it also can be distributed at
random. It is necessary to use the dedicated and authorized card to
enter the system. If the card is lost or stolen, the system can
suspend the use of the box to ensure the safety of goods. The card
which isn’t issued by the system can’t enter the system, and the
card can’t be swiped on other boxes more than 5 times, otherwise
the use of the card will be terminated.
Reliability:
The network adopts the principal and subordinate control mode. When
the host computer of the system has a breakdown, each unit locker
can still work for the issued cards. When a box in the unit locker
has a breakdown, the other boxes won’t be affected. The controller
uses the ultra-large-scale single-chip micro-process computer,
greatly enhanced the reliability and consistency.
High efficiency:
Users only need to swipe the card, and they can deposit or take out
things. The reaction time is less than a second. After users get
the card, it is not necessary to use a computer to do the
operation. It improves the efficiency greatly because users can
swipe the card on each unit controller independently. The system
installment is flexible, which can be used comprehensively: It can
make a connection between unit’s internal doors, boxes, lockers and
external doors, boxes, lockers, and set up the charge criterion
according to different users (charge by time or a lump sum).

The locker can be applied to a variety of places where the storage
service is necessary such as swimming pools, hotels, large markets,
schools, railway stations, docks, airports and other public places
for entertainment, consumption, transportation or study.
